Canon today introduced two new PowerShot SX series digital compacts that combine Canon’s brand new DIGIC 6 image processing technology with 12-megapixel sensors and 20x optical zoom. The Canon PowerShot SX280 HS and the Canon PowerShot SX270 HS are similar models with the main difference being Wi-Fi and GPS, which are offered on the SX280 HS but not the SX270.
